RecommendedI had a great buying experience. it started with a prompt response when I requested information on the vehicle. The process was fast and easy. minimal time was spent doing paperwork. Once we agreed, the time until the deal was finished and I was leaving was under 2 hours. fastest ever buying a car. I'll definitely buy from them in the future,and I'd ask for Dylan, he's great to work with.

Bob Moore Auto Group fired most of their sales and support staff due to the Coronavirus pandemic. That is NOT the Oklahoma standard. Further, they keep trying to remove legitimate negative feedback on their Facebook page. Remember this when you are buying your next vehicle!
RecommendedMy boss called me and read me a “statement” from the company saying my employment was terminated. Then, my boss also told me that he’s keeping my number so he can have me back when this virus stuff is over. All this stuff was said to me over the phone!!! Bob Moore has their general managers telling people they’ll get hired again, but there has to be a paper trail and information available regarding this termination and potential rehire for when the virus is over.
If they don't care about their employees, they will never get business from me, and I will tell everyone I know.

by servicing a Chrysler extended warranty and notifying us when parts are truly in rather than telling us they’re not available which was a bold face lie! We found it in two minutes! What’s your excuse? Do not do business with these people as they quote you a price and then tack on a 7% disposal fee they do not inform you and all you’re ready to pay the bill. Bought a vehicle at a Bob Moore Auto Group dealership in OKC; There were two unresolved issues that took six weeks to resolve (and shouldn’t have). One was tech, and one was a physical job for something I paid for on the vehicle that was very poorly done by the Tulsa location. Their customer service is terrible.
