I always have a pleasant experience when I get my oil changed.
My experience at Bob Maxey was top notch. Nicholas Nearhood is a wonderful salesman. I ended up with a Nautilus Reserve when I went in to lease the premiere trim. Again thank you for a great experience.

This place is terrible. My dad has been experiencing issues with them over the last year. They rigged his car and then did not want to fix it. No other dealer will work on it because of the poor job they did. They finally reached out him, set an appointment and when he arrived they canceled it. This place is unprofessional and shady on so many levels, they really need to be investigated. If you want poor customer service this is definitely the place. Wish I could give a zero for the rating.
I took my truck in for some urgent work and received what I could only consider white glove service. Every person I interacted was great and they got my problems solved very quickly on short notice. Thank you Bob Maxey Lincoln!!!!
