My sales person was Kristi Goddard and she was very professional and helpful in helping me with leasing my car. I explained how I was looking for something with a lower monthly payment and she found one with a lower payment and also included some incentives that I didn’t know about. I’m still waiting for all the incentives to be sent but it’s only been one week. I leased other cars from this dealership and used the service department and have always been completely satisfied with their service.

Khurram Naseem was my salesperson and was very helpful, along with the sales manager Russ Hill. The day of delivery Khurram informed me that the car was being cleaned and gassed for delivery. It was nice that I was able to sign my lease documents remotely online via 2 easy emails. When I arrived they had my car ready to go, I just needed to sign a couple of forms, they switched my plate went over the car and I was all set. Simple process! My husband and I each purchase our vehicles from Bob Maxey Ford since 2014.
