They found a screw, repaired it on the spot, and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. They also checked my other tyre pressures and brakes, which I really appreciated. Classic dishonest mechanic. Incompetence and lack of accountability that you will end up paying for. Complaints to corporate not even responded to. Manager was insufficiently knowledgeable to answer a mechanical question, yet when I point out a problem she says "trust me I've done this so many years, it's your car's problem". Well trust me. I've been a mechanical engineer longer than the manager has been alive. The car was fine before it went in to Bob Jane, and broken when it came out. I know where the problem happened.
