Blacktown Bob Jane have awsome customer support and the the New guy Jeff was amazing and helpfull ..Mount Druitt Bob Jane disregarded and tried to pass it off as usser error. Then refused to care at all or even considered to help... once they have your money even the polite and welcoming service is no longer shown
