The team at BJT Adelaide were absolutely phenomenal! I had a tyre blowout at around lunchtime on a Saturday on my way to work and happened to be around the corner from their store. I drove in without prior warning or phoning ahead and even as a first time customer, they took care of everything straight away! No hassles! They fitted 4 new tyres and did a wheel alignment and had the car back to me within 3 hours! The team were amazing to have me back on the road so quickly. We rolled in with a screw in the front tyre - 30 minutes before close time on a Friday afternoon... The Bob Jane Team members slotted us in, fixed up the tyre, checked all tyre pressures, were all smiles and politeness (one even stopped for a chat about his own car - NICE car), and kiddo even nabbed a free hot chocolate. Thank-you very very kindly - very happy customers quite a way from home.
Fantastic and friendly service. I rang at the after 4pm to see if icould get a puncture repaired. Their was no issue they fit me in and fixed my puncture. Best bit is they are open to 5.30 pm.I will be going back in the future
