He is a good worker.
I called Bob for my water heater problems. The pilot light would light but not stay lit. He checked all parts of the water heater for problems, including disassembling and cleaning the parts. He also went on the roof to check the vent pipe to make sure it was clear. He was kind and patient with my asking questions. I am sure I must have frustrated him. I will use him again, when needed.
Got the job done on time in a fair price.
