If I could give a worse rating I would. Billie is nothing but rude. I took my car back in after I was sideswiped because now my car is shaking really bad and they said oh it’s your wheels and tires the same ones that were on it before without the problem. Also my ambient temperature sensor still doesn’t work. My door is crooked, they never contacted me like they said with updates. I had to call them. Took 3 extra days. My window regulator is all jacked up, the plastic trim around my window controls is all scraped up, and when I close my door it sounds like I'm shutting an 87 gmc pickup, not a 2010 Civic. Not at all happy.
My vehicle only had 4,000 miles on it when I dropped it off. Interior was perfect. I got it back today and the interior was filthy . Dust and white powder all over the interior.

I had a terrible experience with Bob Howard Collision Center!! First, they did a good job on the body work but when I got my Acura back, 2 electrical components did not work....the door handle lock and unlock plus the lift gate did not work. It was filthy on the drivers side floor board and I keep my car immaculate so this was very disturbing. I drove it straight to the car wash down the street just to get the inside mat cleaned out. I returned my Acura the next day and they could only repair the door lock but said they did ... read more
They refuse to stand by their work. Completely unwilling to try to work something out. Billy said it not our fault. Worthless body shop!!! Complete waste of money!!!!
