Bob Howard has had my vehicle for 82 days. My service manager is Brittany Tuggle, and she has been incredibly unresponsive. Typically 2-3 days to respond to email, and doesn't even bother responding to voice-mail. Tracy at the front desk is very obviously annoyed with me. I'd be annoyed with me too, because the only thing I know to do is keep calling. Don't know what to do. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Had vehicle towed to Bob Howard Collision the morning of October 23. Today is December 31. I signed the authorization to repair, and initial insurance payment was issued on October 26. Initial estimate was 6 business days to repair. November 18, insurance adjuster informed me of a supplement. Supplement increased estimated repair time to 14 business days. You said 2 weeks for my car repairs , it was over a month . Who ever Brittany is , she never answers her phone and never returns calls .

I should have shared this at the time I received service, but I didn’t. I hope this saves someone else some grief. This happened only FOUR years ago. My car was taken to this shop to get the paint fixed after an automatic gate malfunctioned and shut on my car. I was told that I would receive updates and given a timeline. Not only was I never given updates, their timeline went well beyond what they told me. That would have been fine if they had updated me as to why but no. I had to call numerous times to get any word on my ve... read more
