My dad brought his car here to fix hail damage. After it was here for 12 days, it was returned with that was never on the car. All the dents were out but they left behind terrible swirl marks from the suction cups that cannot be buffed out, it would need to be completely repainted. And there was a foot long strip of missing paint that was never there too. There was also so many scratches the car never had, the car was essentially in perfect condition before the hail damage. Very easy to make arrangements and drop off. They did a nice job and quality work on the repair.
We chose Bob Howard because we trusted that they would get the paint color correct and would not use aftermarket products. What should’ve taken nine days took over for weeks to fix. Afterwards the alignment was out they said they would not fix it. We ended up having to use a different collision center because they did not fix my car correctly the first time. I would not recommend Bob Howard they do terrible work.
Horrible work. Billie the manager is extremely rude. the "new" bumper has scratches, bumper is no lined up with head lights, hood is not straight, air bag light is still on, primer over spray all over, they pulled my car up front on a flat tire. Oh the list goes on and on. I would stay far away from here until they at least replace the horrible manager with no customer service skills what so ever. We choose the dealership for quality work, MACO does a better job for a quarter of the cost. I'm beyond angry.
You could go out of business. I will never be back.
