Medical team and treatment is excellent, if you can get it. Within a short time of "taking over," UCLA massacred the memory of Bob Hope and the founding fathers of MPTF. For decades members who acquired enough work units, treatment was free. If you didn't, low cost office fees of $60 prevailed. So most members were covered.
