Wish I had the same Five Star Service that everyone else seems to have had. My experience this morning was horrible. Lack of communication. 730 am appointment which was schedued online and confirmed via phone At 1030 am my car had yet to be serviced. I was told more than once that people who wait get preference. This is stupid rationale. I work one mile away and left my car to be serviced. My Tahoe is Brand new and This is my first time at this dealership. I WILL NOT be returning
I walked into bob hook because they had the best price on a new camaro online. I was very rational and upfront with my expectations. I told them exactly what I expected for my trade in, what I was willing to pay for the new car and what I didn’t want. After a short wait we had a deal! The best car buying experience I’ve had. Tim Hagan (sales manager), Max Minzenberger(salesman) and Cecelia Browning (financing manager) did great!! I’ll be back no doubt! Happily satisfied!
Jimmy is the man! My family and I have been going to Bob Hook for years to buy our cars and have them worked on. So when my husband and I had to buy our first car as a couple we went straight to Bob Hook. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Service department is 2nd to none. No pushy sales tactics or recommendations for unnecessary repairs. Straight to the point & very knowledgeable & professional. Highly recommend for small or major repairs.

Drove down from Michigan to buy a used truck from Willie Mitchell. He was very helpful over the phone and through email before and during the purchase, along with Jason Dugger in finance. I love the truck and recommend Willie to anyone looking!
