Yesterday my car came in for service and after checking it I was given a $657.66 quote to replace the battery and battery cables on a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I thought that was rather high and actually called around to other Chevy Dealers to get a comparison and their prices were considerably less. Congrats on losing a customer who had been a Chevy girl her entire life!
Their service department is the pits! They’ve had my husband’s truck for a week. Still no word on what’s wrong with it, why it suddenly died on the interstate or when we will get it back. The only communication is if we call them. They have not once reached out to us. We will never buy another vehicle from them!
Traveling through town on our way back to Kansas we had A problem with our car. A Malibu with warranty and we called the two other dealerships in town and were told they had no openings for emergency. We called Bob Hook and it sent us to a human being who said bring it in 15 minutes I’ll have a diagnostic done. They did replace a solenoid and we are back on the road. Amazing service compared to the other two dealerships in town. Buy your car from Bob Hook!

Hands down, the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Bill Dabney was our sales rep. He was personable, down-to-earth, responsive, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I had a great experience. My salesman, Steve Clubb, was great and answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I felt very comfortable and relaxed through my whole shopping experience and I will definetly recommend them to everyone I know!! And I got an awesome Chevy Equinox that I love!
