Ralph Slucher and the team presented me with the first actually enjoyable car purchase of my car-buying career! Every dealer claims to be ‘no-nonsense’ but these guys actually did it. Good price out the gate, fair and reasonable trade in offer off the bat, no pressure easy buying process, no stupid markup fabric treatment nonsense. Internet sales folks were friendly and didn’t text-spam like other dealerships. Less than an hour in the actual dealership. Highly recommend for your GM needs!
Women beware!! Those men working in the service center are dishonest. My mom came in for recall repairs and they tried to sell her a new battery for $440. When she declined, they told her it was so bad they weren't sure if her car would even start. She replaced the battery that day at a reputable shop for a mere $120. The guy that helped her said it was a miracle her car even started because the person who looked at it last didn't tighten the cables.
