My husband Horace is the primary owner, I am the co-owner. Jimmy Harris is a man who is easy to talk with and knowledgeable. I know but very little about cars which was apparent by the type of questions that I asked but he talked in a way that I understood without talking down to me, which I appreciated. When I buy my next car I hope to do business with him.
I came in for service to my 2003 Impala and ended up purchasing a 2015 Malibu LS from Bill Dabney. His easy-going style and willingness to make the deal possible without high pressure tactics enabled us to have a productive experience.

Kelly had all of the approval done before I made the 1 1/2 hour trip to Bob Hook. Upon my arrival, Bryan took me out for the test drive. He took me in to sign the paperwork while he finished up the final details with the car. Once I finished signing paperwork, I was ready to go. The quickest process I've ever been through with a dealership. The customer service was exceptional!
