From the beginning the entire staff has been professional, courteous, and has answered every question. I cannot say enough how great my entire experience was with Bob Hook Chevrolet. There was no pressure at all or haggling over pricing. They were truthful and to the point during the entire transaction. I mainly dealt with Derek Carlton. He is definitely top notch and is a terrific sales person.
The staff are very friendly and do not presser you into making a purchase.
Since I had already researched a vehicle on Bob Hook's webpage, I knew that they had the vehicle in stock that I wanted to purchase. I have bought vehicles from Tom Lovelace for about 30 years, so it was a simple process of contacting him and setting up an appointment.

I bought a new 2011 Chevy Cruze from Bob Hook Chevrolet today. I have been to several different dealerships in search of the vehicle that I purchased. Bob Hook offered me the best price on my trade and the best price on my new Cruze. I am completely satisfied with my experiences at Bob Hook. This was by far, the most relaxing car purchase I have ever made. When I left the lot in my new Cruze, I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
My salesman, Bruce Winters, did everything he said he would do when it came to the sale of the truck I bought. He has followed through and would by my next vehicle from him and Bob Hook. Hard to find honesty in car dealerships but they had it! As a woman shopping for a vehicle I was told some pretty big whoppers at some of the other dealerships I had shopped at. I had done my homework on the truck that I wanted to purchase and Mr. Winters never gave me a line of bs!
I arrived at your repair shop and was immediately greeted by a young lady who asked what service I need. She immediately got me for an oil change & tire rotation. In less than 30 minutes I was on the road again. Could not have asked for any better service.
