Showed up early and took care of the problem.
I used Bob & Ed's Heating and Air Conditioning on July 3, 2025. They did a check of my air conditioning unit. They checked all components including the thermostat, drain, refrigerant. He then got out his solution and cleaned the unit thoroughly. Matt was a very nice and jovial guy. Love them!!

Bob & Ed's was on a maintenance contract for two years for our home HVAC equipment. After the recent furnace inspection, their technician advised that our furnace might not make it through the winter because the heat exchanger was about to fail, so I had the furnace replaced. When the old furnace was removed, it was discovered the evaporator coils on the old furnace were completely stopped up (see photo).
