I had breakfast and it was definitely on point the gravy was super good and I'm from Texas so I know my gravy the service was quite fast quite friendly have no complaints would recommend 10 out of 10

A staple of DC area 24hr food stops. I make a point of stopping in every time I’m in the area and have be doing so for over 15 years. Best country fried steak north of the Mason-Dixon Line hands down. Also be sure to get the home fries, they’re on the grill all day and not to be missed.
Bad experience at Bob and Edith's N Kings Alexandria today. Had two guys cut in line then when offered a booth had the manager tell me someone was before me and when we straightened that out he told me I couldn't have the booth I was offered by his staff. Had to walk out after making a special trip to the place for a bit of nostalgia. Been frequenting the place for over a decade to have all those good thoughts and customer loyalty gone in an instant.
