Exceptional service!! I had a flat off hwy99, they had someone come air my tire up so I could drive it to the shop , they patched up my tire quick and sent me on my way ! Wow! Literally saved my day ! Thank you J.C. Les Schwab!!!!
Last August we purchased a set of 4 tires. Two months later we picked up a large screw in one of the tires. We’ve been to the Division store in Eugene 3 times to get a tire patched. Each time it continued to leak. By now we don’t trust the tire and since we felt the Eugene store couldn’t fix it we opted to make the run to Junction City. I prefer the JC store. I've noticed less employee turnover there and it's noticeable that they work well as a team! It appears they take pride in their customer service. I can count on job well done at this location. Thank you, you've got my service.
Came in for a sound my front right brake was making and to get my tires balanced, guy basically said tires didn't need balanced and the brakes were perfectly fine and were still breaking in from being replaced. come to find out they didn’t balance my tires due to their “bad” condition (less than a year old tires), tires were very imbalanced and i actually have a warped rotor and a wheel hub needs replaced. did not do their due diligence and could have injured myself or someone else. talked to the manager, he did not seem to ... read more
