Got a flat tire on my trailer.They came out, got it fixed very quick great customer service at this location.
Exceptional service!! I had a flat off hwy99, they had someone come air my tire up so I could drive it to the shop , they patched up my tire quick and sent me on my way ! Wow! Literally saved my day ! Thank you J.C. Les Schwab!!!!
Last August we purchased a set of 4 tires. Two months later we picked up a large screw in one of the tires. We’ve been to the Division store in Eugene 3 times to get a tire patched. Each time it continued to leak. By now we don’t trust the tire and since we felt the Eugene store couldn’t fix it we opted to make the run to Junction City.
