The receptionist was particularly exceptional. She was warm and considerate. The collision tech, Andrew, was very knowledgeable, walked me through all the procedures and handle all necessary communications between the repair shop and insurance company.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Car was returned to me with a flat tire. Several places in the car were not cleaned when you can see they cleaned the some places of the car. Car paint job was done beautifully but also noticed that there were more chips on the paint on the bumper. Only noticed when car was already at my workplace. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was amazing, helpful through and through.
