I was told that I would get a call about it, but never heard from anyone and the work was not completed.

My car was on the repair shop for weeks. I could have rated higher if I was contacted ahead of picking up the car that an oil change was needed. I would have approved the service and paid for the oil change when I picked up my car. That would have been excellent customer service. 3.5 Star : Customer Service
