Terrible experience. We hired Bob last year to install central air in our three-floor house. We were promised three zones, one per every floor. This was in the contract. Well, someone messed up and Bob just decided to lie to us that three zones are being installed, until the end of the job, when he told us that they only did two zones. He said they would pay us a small sum of money back for that (which wouldn’t have covered the addition of the third zone for us).
