I hated to even have to choose 1 star. Unbelievably unorganized and poorly run. Don’t plan on getting any of your deposit back. They will charge you ridiculous fees for unnecessary items. We documented every angle of the home with pictures upon move out and had professionals do a move out clean....Bob Capes charged us a 300.00 cleaning fee to “pick up a few areas that were missed.” When we moved into the home there were light bulbs out, holes in the wall etc, which is all documented....but then they charged me 275.00 for tou... read more
