We were delivered a cotton candy machine but given no specific instructions on how to use it. We wasted a lot of the sugar trying to get the machine to work. Bob’s did bring us out a new machine, but by the time they got it to us the party was half over. Also we were told that it wasn’t working because it was plugged into a extension cord. If it was that important for the machine to work properly they should have PROVIDED instructions that state so. Awful customer service. In the midst of a pandemic, the company still would not refund my money. We had to cancel our entire wedding due to COVID19 and they don't even care.
I threw a graduation party for my son July 13th and went all out with Bob B’s rental....huge bounce house, 20x40 tent, 18 8ft tables, 108 chairs, slushy machine, popcorn machine and dunk tank !!! EVERYTHING from the very first call until they picked stuff up this company was amazing !!! We are already using them again for a birthday party !!! Becca was awesome to work with and I will definitely be using Bob B’s party rentals again and again !!
They did a wonderful Job with Anthony's graduation party a few weeks ago, so excited to bounce it out again this Saturday !!!🤸♀️🤸♂️🙆♂️🙆♀️
