I bought a car 3 months ago the day after I bought it the tranny started slipping then they took it to their "best mechanic" he supposedly checked it over and " nothing was wrong " with it showed us another car just like ours said motor just ran like that well whatever. Now 3 months later I was stranded on the side of the road BC the transmission went out! They wouldn't even give us a rental car! This place is a joke. This car is supposed to be certified. It has less than 20000 miles on it.
I experienced alot of false hope after 3 hr drive with 2 yr old I will never go back they lied about calling me back
Took my car in for an oil change, my appointment was at 10am and I told them I had to have it back by 12:30 and I had to call several times to check up on it and finally got a call at 3:30 saying they were finishing it up and that it would be done.
I must say that Carrie did everything she said she would, we were treated with respect the whole time there by everyone... After having such a bad experience buying our last car we didn't know what to expect but we were so pleasantly surprised, Carrie was professional but yet human at the same time, she had our paperwork ready and waiting for us, she found us a beautiful car that I drove off the lot... I would recommend Bob Brady Auto Mall in Decatur to anyone and make sure to ask for Carrie....
