From speaking with the office to schedule my appointment and then during the repair, everyone was so nice and helpful. Jesse came to install a new keypad… he arrived right on time, had the job done quickly and explained everything to me. He’s a huge asset to your company!

We have had Bob & Bob troubleshoot and maintain a sliding door and a garage door. They have installed storm doors on two homes for us. I can tell they want to make things work the way they are supposed to perform. If you don't maintain your garage door, ask them to do that for you. If you suspect a door is not working correctly (especially a garage door), contact them for help. We don't hesitate to call them for something beyond our knowledge or skill set.
I have an old antique door that I wanted to keep and Victoria found the exact hardware so that I could keep my door!! The appointment was made and kept and Bobby and Victoria installed my new hardware and worked dilligantly to make sure everything worked perfectly! I'm so Happy that Bob and Bob door was available to help me!
Bob & Bob gave us an appointment with quick turnaround time. Nick was efficient and knowledgeable for our repair call, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and also gave us advice on maintenance for the garage door!
