Jesse, the technician arrived ahead of schedule, promptly diagnosed the problem and gave us two options for repairing. He then fixed it was very polite and on his way. We were definitely pleased with our service today and highly recommend calling Bob & Bob for your garage door needs!
This company is fantastic. We couldn’t get our door closed and Jesse was at our house within an hour and fixed the problem and did extra to make our door quieter. He showed me what to look for next time and how to fix it as well. Can’t say enough positive things about them!
I was very pleased with my garage door and installation however the guy that installed it spliced a wire which shorted the opener and I had to have them back out to fix it. Kevin did a nice job with the repair call and did not charge for it. He checked and oiled it for me.
Bobby was our technician and we had a great experience with Bob and Bob. Pricing was very fair, and despite having to fabricate a few parts at the shop, they repaired all we needed done and then some. Highly recommend
Bobby and his coworker did an awesome job fixing my garage door and pairing the motor to my opener and side entrance. I’m super pleased with their service! Very nice and fast! They answer their phones too, that’s a plus.
