Just had my garage door opener upgraded today. Setting up service was fast and easy. Installer, I think Rick, came out and in no time, work was completed and new opener setup! Great professional, friendly service!

Buyer beware!! Bait and Switch? You be the judge. I invited Bob abd Bob to my home to give an estimate on a storm door. Technician shows up, measures, reviewd the Larson site with me to select the door. Easy experience. He told me the office would prepare the estimate and get it to me in a week. A month later, I called to inquire about the estimate. Mistakes happen. The got it to me in my email next day. Several weeks later I called to order the door. We had a fantastic experience all around. They were very responsive, and we were able to get an appointment quickly - no long waits. Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He installed our new garage opener in an hour and explained everything when finished.

We have had Bob & Bob troubleshoot and maintain a sliding door and a garage door. They have installed storm doors on two homes for us. I can tell they want to make things work the way they are supposed to perform. If you don't maintain your garage door, ask them to do that for you. If you suspect a door is not working correctly (especially a garage door), contact them for help. We don't hesitate to call them for something beyond our knowledge or skill set.
