We called and scheduled a service appointment because our garage door would not open. The technician, Jesse, arrived early and was very knowledgeable and skilled and professional. He proceeded to get the issue taken care of in a timely manner. He also provided information regarding what may have caused the problem and how to keep it from occurring again. Thank you Bob and Bob Doors. Our spring broke on our garage door. Bob and Bob had Jesse come out at fix them in a very short time. Jesse was on time very prompt and did a great job and friendly and professional. We are happy with the work and the price. We will use them again if needed as we did before.

Jesse arrived early and repaired our garage door in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time we have used Bob&Bob Door Co, last time we needed spring replacements, and have been happy with their service.

We had a guide wheel and steel cable come off track on an old, heavy double door. Jesse and Kevin came out the next day to help us out. They were courteous, professional, and efficient and had the door repaired in much less time and less costly than we'd expected. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be calling Bob and Bob if we have issues in the future.
