I received an email and a call relatively quickly and follow up was good. I didn't end up purchasing. But, that was on me for waiting too long.

James West at Bob Baker is awesome. The Lexus we drove to So Cal from Phoenix for was much better than expected...which is saying a lot as I am very picky. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation as their entire dealership is exceptional. When we buy another car the FIRST person we will call is James. I have purchased nearly 100 vehicles in my lifetime and our experience with these guy was the best ever! We could not be happier.

Our experience at your dealership was unfortunatly horrible. We had Paul dealing as our sales professional and let me tell you he was far from professional!! My husband and I were disagreeing on a few things that had to do with the jeep and financial issues and he kept getting in the middle of both of us putting his two cents in, which i found to be very iggnorant!
