dealer was not honest upfront in their disclaimer. The current advertised price was subject to an additional $2499 for a so-called MADE UP LIFT, when asked why? the sales manager replied if i advertise a higher price i won't show up to see the car which fall into the false advertisement, would not negotiate, could not keep a straight face no eyes contact came back with no counter offer all lead to an untrusted experience, but the saleswoman ABBY was great the sales manager DAN not so good

I completed the Car Guru request for info/availability about 5 AM, Town North sales manager responded by 7:30 AM. Interaction with Town North staff was pleasant and respectful. The vehicle was as described in Car Guru and the dealers web site. The staff noticed the veteran plates on my trade in, and to a man, thanked me for my service. I arrived at 10 AM and left with my purchase at 2 PM. Deceptive marketing tactics. Completed the application on-line, was approved and emailed the terms of the purchase. They refused to honor the agreement, I was approved for the 5k dealer discount and financing terms using their on-line application. Also, the $700 in dealer add-ons were not a pleasant surprise. Waste of time.
