So far so good. Only emailed them back a few times so far so haven’t really done business yet
I was given the best price and the most courteous service here. I even received a follow-up email from Bill, my sales guy, asking how things were going with the car. Bill was knowledgeable and personable. I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want or needed. When I buy another car, I may travel all the way down to Carlsbad just to get great honest service. A big thank you to Bob Baker Mazda of Carlsbad!
I think most Mazdas sell themselves, but you still need to buy one. We had a good experience buying a CX-5 with Bob Baker Mazda and Ian Moss, who guided us through the process.
