Now Shorkey, not Eddy. New service manager who is friendly, competent and efficient. Did the drive-through service option which took 1 hr 15 min for oil change, tire rotation and simple recall.
It is now called stokely's a recall on my new still vo EPA everything was done in a timely manner didn't spend much time there at all everybody's friendly and happy!🤣
Horrible place to deal with!! Poor customer service. They lied to us several times when we took our Fiat in for a recall. First, they said it was already done and they were going to charge us $1500 for to fix the recall. We then talked to Fiat USA, who told us that our car was never worked on for that particular recall and that it didnt matter even if it had already been fixed, a recall can be fixed numerous times free of charge.
