I've been more than patient, but this situation is utterly unacceptable. While the maintenance team and Manager Kaleeb have been commendable, the building management's neglect is inexcusable. We absolutely loved living here, but the new management raised prices so much we were forced out. Our rent would have been increased by more than 50%. The manager, Kaleab, was super nice and helpful. We loved the common amenities, especially the penthouse area and pool. It's really a shame that they sold the building and the new owners are so profit-focused.
