I've been storing my boats with RV Storage Depot for the last 3+ years and it's been an amazing experience. The staff has been very easy and great to work with and I would highly recommend using them for any of your storage needs
Caused over $2000 damage to my boat with their forklift and refused to pay. Manager, Saint Flores, was extremely rude and unprofessional about the incident and made sure to let me know that their contract states that they're not responsible for the damages even if they caused it. Do yourself a favor and store your boat or RV somewhere else if you want to keep it nice *response to owners response* After the repairs were completed, the manager never once returned my calls or emails. If I showed up in person he would refuse to ... read more
Manager was so helpful! He couldn't accommodate me in this location but he helped me find a space for my Airstream. He took time out of his day to help me find a place to park it after i told him how bad i was with searching. I was added to their waiting list and as soon as i receive a call from him i will 100% store here just for his Customer service and genuine care he showed my situation. Thank you Mr. Flores!!!
