0 Stars. BEWARE!!! We paid a deposit in April 2026 for replacement seat skins and sent the originals as requested. They estimated completion in mid-June. We spoke to Rosie at the end of June, at which time she said the items were backordered, with completion now in mid-July. Today, we were able to reach the owner, who said we would not be receiving our seat covers. Apparently, Rosie has taken our money, along with other customers' money, and ran. Dropped off boat in January 2026. By mid-June they hadn't started on the seats (we did not know that as they were lying about the progress and completion date). The owner (without authorization of any kind) hitched up the boat to his truck to "gift" a free cover as a favor due to the belated work (scheduled to be done in April) and managed to drop the boat on the highway dragging it at a high rate of speed, totaling my Super Air Nautique and its trailer. Beware! This company scammed me. I paid in full 4 months ago for my seat skins. I also paid $150+ recently for shipping. I have never received anything from them.
