Took over a hour to get to go food. Then after waiting told me they were out of salmon. i said ok changed to duck wings. Then finally get my food home and they did not get me my sides or salads messed up on order still. Rushed back before they were closed to find out they were out of Pasta for the chicken alfrdeo so they took the decision to just give me a cheeseburger instead. Love, love, love the menu. Also the apps at happy hour. Clams and oysters are fabulous. Staff is always friendly. My primary residence (for now) is in the Pacific Northwest and I get better seafood at the Boathouse than I do in Seattle.
Shout out to the manager working the evening of May 5th and staff named Forrest. We placed an order to be delivered; several hours later the food had not arrived. We called the restaurant back and spoke to Forrest and the manager, both whom were very polite. The manager took responsibility (a lost art today) and after getting the order corrected, the food was delivered to the hard working staff at the ER. While I understand they were very busy, my whole order was completely wrong and missing half the items. The wait was also very extreme. I also ordered an item off of the kids menu and they didn't prepare it and told my husband it would be another 35 minute wait to get it. Just because you are busy doesn't mean your service should suffer. Very disappointed.

Had breakfast & a couple marys delivered over the weekend... excellent customer service & excellent food. Looking forward to trying more of the menu!
