Not helpful when I called. They seemed to not want new business at all. It's alright because there are a lot of salons in the area. Just FYI..
The staff member who I made the appointment with was arrogant and obnoxious. After telling me she wanted to charge $25 extra for filing coffin shape, which I didn’t request, she let me know “she didn’t need my money.” I left. This was her text to me. She was treated kindly and flew off the handle, cancelled my appointment with insults then sent this. Excessive upcharging for extra services the clients did not request is not acceptable, but insulting them when that service is declined is flat out desperate.
This salon is rude, they always say they have no openings and hang up on you. I will never take that abuse again.
