We planned a girls weekend to celebrate my friends birthday. We arrived early and was able to check in to our surprise. We walked the grounds before dinner. Dinner was superb with great service and the food preparation was stunning. Our dessert had Happy Birthday written in the plate what a surprise touch to a delicious dinner. The event went very smoothly and the food was delicious! The staff was very nice and appropriate for the situation. The grounds were kept nice and neat and Facilities were clean
We had lunch at Birdwood Thursday 8 th 2016 .The worst meal I've ever had in my life . The hamburger was sour �. No , I won't be going back . The other three guest which means it's a party of four their meals was just as bad !

Ignored our reservation for a two bedrooms suite - gave us one bedroom - one bed. Said the others were "booked" - yes they were one by US. Finally got two adjoining bedrooms - not the same. Place is not clean - mildew and mold in both showers. Will post photos to comments as there seems to be no way to add photos to the review - also have picture of large stain on the hall carpet - wish I could have bottled the musty smell. We left a day early.
