We are conveniently located close to interstate I-12 with the Bass Pro Shop right around the corner for all of you nature and outdoor sports lovers! We also have a beautiful private lake for our community, as well as a great playground and picnic area and fitness center. Residents love the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere that we have here. Our lake and the playground area are the most popular features of the community. Many of the residents love to go fishing and spend time outside. We are 3 minutes to the Interstate!

Nice Apartment Overall this complex is nice. Units are updated, large closets, storage on the balcony. Has a private lake that is stocked (doesn't require a fishing license). Iron fence / privacy fence surrounding entire property. Nice clubhouse and exercise room with basic equipment. Cons: They charge fees for almost everything. They have designated trash pickup days.
