The staff are always helpful and friendly. I usually take my car in for services either early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and they would try to get it done sooner so I can leave to work quick.

If you ever need service for your Honda while at the shore - Boardwalk Honda exceeds all expectations. My son lost his truck keys and with a newer vehicle it takes a tow truck plus a mechanic to resolve the issue. This all happened one hour before they closed for the weekend. Their customer service rep, Vicky, is exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us and seriously within one hour the truck was towed, key was programmed and the rest is history. I not from New Jersey and had a brake problem that made me afraid to drive 6 hours without having it checked out. Boardwalk took me right in without an appointment and seems to have done a great repair job. I say “seems” because it was less than a week ago.

Sales person great and leasing procces was easy, Car brand new Honda Hrv , dash board air bag light on the 2nd day , Service didn't helped as they said system is down , its hazard issue and if airbag dsnt deploy is an accident , i don't know who will be responsible for any body hurt , light goes on and off , so hopefully when i go back and light is not on they dnt help me again for 3rd time

James was on the ball and knew what he was talking about. He noticed problems with my vehicle I didn’t see. Although it took longer to repair then I had hoped, I am very pleased with the results.
