I called Service late this morning today, to see if I needed an appt for an oil change? I spoke with Demetrio Pabon, a Service Consultant. He said, “no, just c’mon in...” I did. Pulled in, Big D took my VIN, and all my info, also explained that transmission fluid was also due for a change. He told me the price. I told him I would check with my wife! Buying a car from Henry was an easy and enjoyable experience. He kept everything up front and honest with no pressure. We took nearly a month to pick and decide on our car and he was not pressuring us and made himself available on a schedule that worked for us both. The finance department worked with us to get a competitive rate that we were satisfied with.

The Team Steve Naylor, Service Tech, and Demetrio Labron, Service Advisor, are unbeatable. My car was in for a B 1 4, this weak and they both excelled at their positions. They have been my Team Honda - Steve for 26 years and Demetro for almost 5.
