Great experience with Brian and Jean. Made the process easy and gave good deal on car without much serious negotiations needed. Would recommend Boardwalk Honda. Only suggestion is need to train some of the newer salespeople better but more senior salespeople quite good.
Brought car in with coupon. Oil change, filter, and rotation. 50.00. He says they”ll rotate tires if they feel they need it. I walked back and said I want them rotated. When done, he said I needed 2 filters. I already replaced one. So that’s 1 filter .! Then transmission oil needs to be done 139.00 . Are you kidding me? The best PART! He charged me 70.00. After coupon in hand. You lost a customer. And I wanted to buy another car. There are many Honda dealers around
