Fast service. I was in and out
Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff.
Failure to make available at the service desk my 6 old original spark plugs and then only showing me three upon request gives me concern . They could have been retrieved from any work station . The Service Technician Michael couldn't have been better with his customer relations . But the old parts issue is Boardwalk Honda's policy not his . It's not good to have a customer leave with doubts . Which will affect my future decisions on my car maintenance and repair facility choice .
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Boardwalk Honda. Everyone was so kind and polite. Our sales person Tariq Hassan was the best. He went out of his way to give A1 service. I have to give it to Honda and the staff at Boardwalk Honda. I came in for a sensor problem and came out with a free oil change that came with my software update. And my sensor problem is fixed too. I love my new Civic. Can’t recommend these two enough. See you next time.
