Our new car was delivered with (at least three) defective tires that will not balance properly. I have been working with Mike and the service team to address this warranty issue, but the team has received very little support from GM and the dealership. Would not ever buy from this dealer ever again !! I was stuck and the sale manager Ben acts like he’s doing you a favor and I can’t remember my sales person but he sux too no backbone!! I spent $40k and they were doing me a favor???

I walked in to look at an older corvette that was on the lot. Ed Harvey was my sales consultant and provided great support. A bit of back and forth on the price, but we finally negotiated what I felt was a fair price. No hardball tactics, open discussion, and everything up front and fair. I know dealing with a purchase, whether finance, lease or cash, can be a pain in the butt, but the transaction was smooth.
Dropped of my 2016 Chevrolet SS for a failed steering rack that almost killed me. They say they don't do loaners and never got a rental car after 7 days with out my vehicle. Mike Aulicino went as far as to say if I couldn't get a ride I could drive my car back home knowing that it was unsafe for me to drive. Once you sign the contract, the dealer stops working for you. I have been waiting on my electric vehicle stickers for the past 4 months, and every single time when I call the answer was "it's all in DMV's hands, and not our fault" I had to prompt the questions, including but not limited to "which date is it filed", "do you have a tracking number", "how do you track with DMV", "which DMV", "what if you file again".
