$1200 Service!!? I originally went in for a manufacturers recall and an Engine light - All of which would have been covered under warranty. I recently bought the car and it needed an oil change and the tires rotated. I asked for a service and the Advisor scheduled me for a maintenance preferred service. The vehicle had 41k miles at the time of the service and they decided to complete the 45k service which is fine. Their service department has absolutely abysmal communication about when your vehicle will be ready. my partner dropped off their vehicle on a Thursday morning and was told it would be ready by that evening and that they would be contacted when it was ready. it is now Saturday and after calling a multiple people multiple times each day they finally have an update about when it will be ready. nobody from the service department reached out to them at all, they had to initiate all communication themselves.
The same owners of Boardwalk Nissan own the Chevrolet dealership I would highly not recommend going there there’s too many other good honest dealerships in the bay area
RecommendedExcellent experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and boardwalk bent over backwards to make it as quick and painless (except for the part about writing a check ) as possible. I do recommend them.
Free shuttle service was great. Save me a lot of hassle.
