On Wednesday, Sept. 9, I submitted to the Boardwalk Association Management a CC&R Architectural Review & Approval Request Form for a small shed in my back yard in the Brinegar Prairie Subdivision. I am not one for reviews and want to give the benefit of the doubt that this is a phone issue but boy is it near impossible to get someone on the phone at this place! All I want to do is pay my HOA and need help to set up an online account.....So annoyed
I can't believe anyone would give 5 stars in a review of this company! There seems to be a double standard in most communities. They tell you certain requirements for things you may want to do in your yard, like a shed. I have seen sheds that don't match the color of the home, which is mandatory (they tell you) and some have metal roofs as well that are not approved by the management Co. but you see them as well.
