On hold for over an hour multiple times in an attempt to speak with someone. This has to change. They are failing pharmacist and pharmacy technicians and something needs to be done.
The lady who took my call was very rude and not helpful at all.
Very unprofessional. Never pick up the phone, called several times. I have an important question that can be only answered by live agent
They will not answer my calls. I let my phone "ring" for two hours straight trying to get an answer during office hours. The day before, they sent me to a FULL voice mail box. They will not answer my calls for help.
Oh.My.Word. 🤯 I just spent 2 hours.... literally TWO HOURS on hold before someone FINALLY answered! I am simply attempting to confirm that they have received everything that I have submitted in ATTEMPTING to get licensed as a Pharmacist in FLORIDA.
