I have tried so many times to reach someone and be on hold for 45 minutes and more but never was able to get thru. I don't know what happened to the Board. Please someone change this for pharmacist or do I have to go in person
Been trying every day for a week now trying to reach someone. No one picks up phone and waiting on average 3-4 hours on phone each day. One day I called in morning, left my phone charged, came back 6 hours later and still on hold!
Why doesn't anyone at this office ever answer phone calls, return voicemails, or respond to emails. I have been on hold for over 2 hours for the past 3 days and no one answers me. The Board is not doing a great job of managing this VERY important organization. How are pharamcists suppose to register for the test or get their license approved if no one seems to work for the Board to do any of the work that needs to be done. I am shocked! i was on hold for over an hour and a half all for them to just let me leave a voicemail. i was trying to check if they received my application for renewal but never reached anyone. this is incredibly frustrating and if i could put 0 stars i would.
