JR added a full front porch and rear dormer addition to our house. They came in with a very competitive estimate. They were great to work with and very responsive to the final design that we wanted. I live next door to a major job under construction by BOANERG LLC. I was the resistant, uncooperative neighbor who felt the noise, debris and inconvenience would be so intrusive that I didn't want any part of it. As days passed, I could not help but to acknowledge and respect the work ethic and professionalism of Mr. Rodriguez and his crew. February 2018 -- I used JR General Contractors LLC to do a total rehabilitation of our master bathroom in our apartment in SW Washington DC, removing a bathtub and converting the space into a walk-in shower, plus converting a nearby closet to hold a small combo washer/dryer. Josué and his team did a great job with my basement work. We were trying to make the basement a more usable/safe space - not looking to make it a finished basement - and Josué completely understood/respected the level of work we needed and could afford. I wouldn’t recommend BOANERG LLC to anyone. The product didn’t live up to expectations, and the return process is a nightmare. I regret choosing them over other companies. Save yourself the hassle.
