Very unprofessional, We separated 200 feathers for a wedding and during pick up date the person tell me that they sold the feathers to another person and the ones he had a the moment increase $100 dollars. I had spoken to the same person the night before and he did not tell me I need it to make payment to confirm the order otherwise I would have paid it right away. honestly, the management and the way the situation was handled was horrible and the person did not want to help.
