Worst Crabs on the Chesapeake – Not only did Bo Brooks provide me with the worst crabs we have ever had, the overal experience was the worst dinig experience I have had. I would steer everyone clear of the place. After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, half of the crabs we had were mushy. No real apologies from management.

Bad Crabs – Terrible crabs, they said they were colossal and they were probably medium. Service was terrible, had to wait a very long time. I eat crabs about 20ty some times a year so I know crabs. This is not like the old Bo Brooks. Would not go back. 102.00 a dozen for crabs, Some were mushy. Emailed them to get a response about 10 days ago on there comment card with my phone number and email address to see if I would get a response. Heard nothing yet. I guess they don't read the comment card. Went with a party of 6, There... read more

Don't go!!! – We had a party of 8 for a Sunday Lunch expecting to take our time and have a good meal, but that was not the case. We arrived and the Waitress, who was very nice and this is not her fault, warned us that they were understaffed and it may take a little longer than usual, but we were fine with that because some of the family was from out of town and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. As mentioned above we knew that it would take a litte longer than usual, but when it took almost an hour to put in our or... read more

Nostalgia tastes horrible. Bad service, bad food, light crabs, not Maryland Crabs, overpriced drinks, food and crabs, no silverware on tables when dinner is served, waited 20 minutes for that, management is downright mean, attitude is leave and don't come back. Enter at your own risk, touristas! AVOID!

Simply the best! That sums it all up. They are simply the best crabs with the best service in Baltimore. The price is higher than some of the cheaper places but it is totally justified by superb service and heavy crabs. For those that prefer eating seafood but not crabs they have many alternatives. One of my personal favorites being their crab cakes. They are larger than my husband's fist. I also love they have another location down in St. Michael's where you pull up in your boat and can dock and enjoy lunch. You can't go wr... read more

new location...same charm If you are going out for steamed crabs...this is the best and only place to go! The steamed crabs are the best in the city. They are somewhat pricey, but well worth it. Don't be tricked into getting the crab feast though, they try to fill you up with soup, salads, corn and fried chicken...just do yourself a favor and order a dozen of the largest and you'll be satisfied! The view is improved, the service hasn't changed!

Nostalgia tastes horrible. – Bo Brooks trades on their reputation from 25 years ago, but don't be fooled. The original owners knew how to treat people, but the corporation that owns it now could care less. One, they never have Maryland crabs. They don't serve them. EVER. All crabs are from Texas. They have horrible service. Your food WILL take over an hour to get there, and don't be surprised if it's cold. The managers will argue with you about anything you complain about. All in all, don't go there, there are plenty of othe... read more

Bus boys and servers wanted... – Horrible service...we witnessed other diners get up and leave because their crabs never arrived in a timely manner (resulting in a heated discussion between a server and manager!). To get our server to refill our drinks, we literally had to place our glasses at the edge of the table since she did not fill them despite being empty for a long time. Other tables nearby were not cleaned for over an hour with half-eaten food sitting on them. When our crabs finally arrived (and they were indeed goo... read more
