I hired Brian in August of 2025 to do my roof. It’s January 2026 and guess what’s my rook is leaking in the same exact spot like he never did anything. I text him no response. Two weeks ago before realizing my roof would be leaking again, I contacted Brian to do another job much smaller and he wanted to charge me the same price as my roof he previously done, I told him that I would think about it he kept going down on the price.
