Poor Customer Service, Could not get in touch with the Finance Manager. Called Multiple times could not get a call back, the Finance loan was applied for by the Manager for more than the amount of the vehicle minus the down payment by over double the amount it should have been. Three weeks later and the Vehicle has been "removed from the site or sold" , would have been great if I had been asked if I could put down more than the $1500.00 I offered but why talk to a potential sale when you can just refuse to do anything?

If it's okay I would like to give the BMW dealer in San Jose, California a big thank you for being trustworthy very friendly, honest and understanding to a Biker from Alabama on vacation.
